I've been using Apple's health app more often. They have this feature on it that asks you to log how you're feeling for the day. It helps way more than I'd imagine. I spend so much time trying to distract myself from depression so it helps me really observe how I'm feeling at the moment. If you have the feature or something similar to it definitely use it.
